This Privacy Policy explains how Light Keeper – My Daily Prayer App (“Light Keeper,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by UKS “Gold Star Torun”, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the App, including information processed on our behalf by service providers that help us operate the App, such as subscription, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and AI-content providers.
3. No Account Required
At present, you are not required to create an account to use Light Keeper unless we explicitly state otherwise inside the App.
Because there is currently no user account system, we do not maintain a traditional account profile containing login credentials for ordinary App use.
4. Information We May Collect
We aim to minimize data collection. Depending on how the App is configured and used, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:
A. Information You Provide
You may provide certain information directly through your use of the App, such as:
- prayer requests, prompts, or devotional inputs you choose to enter;
- selected prayer or devotional preferences;
- age group selections used for content tailoring;
- spiritual or content preferences, such as Christian-oriented settings, where provided by you.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your intended use of the App.

- crash logs, diagnostics, bug reports, and performance data;
- device type, operating system version, language, app version, and similar device details;
- approximate technical metadata needed to operate, secure, and improve the App.
C. Subscription and Purchase Information
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment transaction. We may receive limited information related to your subscription status, entitlement status, purchase events, and similar transaction metadata needed to manage access to paid features.
We do not directly store your full payment card details.
D. AI Interaction Data
If you use AI-assisted prayer or devotional features, the text you submit and the content returned may be processed through a third-party AI provider strictly for generating the requested output and supporting service reliability, safety, and abuse prevention, subject to the provider’s applicable terms and settings.
5. How We Use Information
We may use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- generate prayers, reflections, and devotional content you request;
- personalize certain App experiences, such as content tone or prayer format;
- enable subscription functionality and determine access to paid features;
- monitor performance, diagnose bugs, detect crashes, and improve stability;
- understand general App usage trends and feature engagement;
- secure the App, prevent abuse, misuse, fraud, or technical attacks;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our legal rights.

- Google Gemini API or similar AI providers for generating AI-assisted prayer or devotional content.
These providers may process technical and usage information according to their own documentation, contractual terms, and privacy practices.
9. Analytics
We may use analytics tools to better understand how users interact with the App, such as which screens are visited, how long sessions last, what features are used, and whether the App crashes or performs poorly.
We aim to configure analytics in a privacy-conscious manner. However, analytics data may still involve device-level or usage-related identifiers or metadata depending on the configuration of the SDKs and services we use.
10. AI-Generated Content and Inputs
If you use AI-assisted features, your prompt or prayer input may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider in order to generate a response.
We do not use your prayer inputs to identify you personally unless you voluntarily include identifying information in your text. For your own privacy, you should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal details in free-text fields.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every circumstance.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- with service providers that help us operate the App;
- where necessary to complete a transaction or provide App functionality;
- where required by law, legal process, or regulatory request;

Light Keeper is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
